Return Policy – SummerSpace® Traditional Retractable Awning

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of SummerSpace® Retractable Awnings, our return policy includes specific conditions outlined below.

Custom Orders

Each SummerSpace® Traditional Retractable Awning is custom-built to your specifications (size, fabric, frame color, controls, etc.). As such, all custom orders are final sale and non-returnable unless the product arrives damaged or defective.


Damage or Defect Claims

If your awning arrives damaged or with a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery.

To submit a claim:

  1. Email us at [support@vividoutdoorstore.com] with your order number.

  2. Include clear photos or video of the issue.

  3. Do not install the product until you receive further instructions.

We will coordinate with SummerSpace® to repair or replace the damaged components at no cost to you.


Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of order placement. After this window, your order enters production and cannot be canceled or modified.


Return Shipping (if applicable)

In the rare case a return is approved (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will provide a prepaid shipping label. Returned products must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging.


Restocking Fee

Returns unrelated to defects or errors (if approved at our discretion) may incur a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges will not be refunded.
