Return & Refund Policy – Custom Awning Recovers
Thank you for shopping with us. Every retractable awning recover we sell is custom-made to order using your exact dimensions and selected Tempotest® fabric. Because of the personalized nature of these products, our return and refund policy is outlined below.
Custom Items Are Non-Returnable
All awning recovers are made specifically to your submitted specifications. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Incorrect measurements submitted by the customer
- Fabric selection errors
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Minor color variation due to screen-to-fabric differences
We Will Replace or Remake Your Order If:
- The fabric or dimensions do not match your confirmed order
- Your item arrives damaged in transit
- There is a clear manufacturing defect
If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 business days of delivery.
How to File a Claim
- Email support@vividoutdoorstore.com with your order number
- Describe the issue in detail
- Attach clear photos of the problem (including full product shots and close-ups)
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days. If approved, we’ll remake or replace your order at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours or once production begins, the order is final and cannot be canceled.
Important Notes
- Always double-check your measurements before submitting your order.
- If you need help measuring, our team is happy to assist.
- Slight variations in color or weave are normal with outdoor fabrics and not considered defects.
