  • All products are custom-made and drop-shipped directly from our manufacturing partners.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received.

  • Custom orders may require longer lead times depending on product specifications and availability.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Shipping methods vary based on the product and drop-ship location.

  • Estimated delivery times will be provided in your order confirmation email.

  • Due to the nature of drop-shipping, delivery times are estimates and may vary based on manufacturer schedules, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on product size, weight, and destination.

  • All shipping costs are non-refundable, except when a product is damaged or shipped incorrectly.

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Inspect your shipment upon delivery.

  • If your product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.

  • We will provide a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship only within the continental United States.

  • Certain large or modular items may require scheduled freight delivery, which will be coordinated with you prior to shipping.

Due to the custom and drop-shipped nature of our products, we cannot offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or preferences. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
